First of all, I wanted to say thank you. Looking for a therapist, for yourself or for someone close to you, requires energy and courage. Whether you are experiencing a particularly difficult or different situation recently or for a long time, whether you are in a deeper and more latent reflection, therapy is an answer to those aches and thoughts that fill and overwhelm you.
The work that I propose during the weeks of therapy is intended to relieve you, to support you but also to find your own self, your own truth and live in accordance with it. Not everyone has the courage to take this step, and my commitment to you is that you will never again feel alone in this journey which I believe is worth it.
